Welcome to the media center. My name is Mrs. Stephenson, and I am the librarian at MPMS. I am excited to work with the students and faculty within our school. Please come in often and explore the new materials. We have over 10,000 volumes containing something that will interest any level reader.
Mt. Pleasant Middle School's Mission Statement:
The mission of Mt. Pleasant Middle School's library is to provide a dedicated, nurturing environment, ensure students' intellectual and emotional development, and foster lifelong learning. The library staff will work in collaboration with staff, students, and the community to create opportunities that impact achievement, support intellectual pursuit, and encourage critical thinking. As a result of this collaborative effort, and the school's mission, our students will be equipped to become successful citizens in the globally competitive society of the 21st century.
