CMS Cheerleading Tryouts will be held:

May 6 (4-6pm), May 7 (4-6pm), May 8 (4-5:30pm), and May 9 (4-5:30pm) in the CMS Main Gym

Business Sponsors Needed

Any business interested in becoming a sponsor for CMS athletics please contact William Goodlett;Athletic Director, at 704-787-2356 or william.goodlett@cabarrus.k12.nc.us. A $350.00 donation entitles you to:

2 Advertising signs
- 1 Outside at the athletic complex
- 1 in the gym
Recognition at every home football and basketball game.

Admissions

Admission for all home games:
$2 for students
$4 for adults kids 6 & under FREE
If you are 62 and older you can go to Cabarrus County Education Center and get a "Free" Gold Senior Card that will allow you to get into the sporting events for free. PEP cards are on sale that in the front office. There is a cost for the PEP cards but if you buy a card now it will allow to get into the Concord Middle School home games for overall discount. When you come to a game and show your card you will not have to pay. There are different prices for Adults and Students. There will be drinks and food sold at the games. Please do not bring outside food and drinks to the facility.

All games start at 4:30 p.m. except for Football. Football will begin at 4:45 p.m.Please try not to enter the sports facility earlier than 4:20 p.m. and for Football 4:30 p.m.

Basketball Camp at Winkler (update 5/20/2013)

There will be a Basketball Camp at Winkler Middle school for rising 8th graders that were on the 7th grade basketball team this year (2013 season). Concord Middle School has already registered our team but if you were on the 7th grade basketball team and you have not yet contacted Mr. Treadaway please do so as soon as you can. There will be a small cost for the camp. The camp will be held during the week of July 9th. The times will be 5:30 p.m.-6:45 p.m. The students will play the other 7 schools in the SPMSC. There will be actual referee's that will be working the games. The student fees will pay for their team uniforms, the referee's, trophies/certificates, and etc.

Football Parent Meeting (revised 5/13/2013)

There will be a parent meeting for rising 7th graders and 8th grades on Tuesday, May 14th in the L.G.I.A. at 6:30 p.m. Football paper work will be handed out along with Summer schedules. Please bring Insurance information to the meeting.

End of the Year sports ceremony

The end of the year Athletic Awards Ceremony will be on May the 21st at 6:30 p..m. in the L.G.I.A. There will be finger food and drinks served.
