CCS Students Win Jewelry Design Contest

Three CCS students are winners in the 2nd annual Ellis Jewelers Jewelry Design Contest.
Congratulations to:

Tommy Molter - Pitts School Road Elementary
Pendant with the word "inspire" underneath a blue diamond ribbon designed to inspire awareness about Tourette Syndrome

Stephan Dimusto - Hickory Ridge Middle School
Emerald pendant in the shape of a sea turtle

Jordan Mesimer - Northwest Cabarrus High School
3-dimensional reindeer pendant complete with a garnet birthstone entwined in the antlers

Dan Levinson, owner of Ellis Jewelers, is taking Tommy's design one step further. Levinson will be recasting Tommy's pendant design in sterling silver and selling it to the public. A portion of the sales will then be donated to the Tourette Syndrome community to helpTommy continue to raise awareness.
