HRHS Participates in Student Hunger Food Drive

Hickory Ridge High School participated in a statewide Student Hunger Food Drive to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank. The school and HRHS community collected 12,144 pounds of food, which comes to 8.52 pounds per student at HRHS.

HRHS placed 2nd in the statewide competition, collecting a total of 10,302 cans, 721 pounds of dog food, and 264 water bottles.

The school received a $1,000 prize for its collection efforts.
