Hello future volunteer! Thank you for taking the time to complete this 2 step process so our school can benefit from your valuable time.

1 - Parents should submit their application to volunteer online using the "Volunteer Background Check Request". PSRES should not be receiving forms with personal information such as social security number, birthdate, etc.

AND

2 - Parents do need to complete the following form and return it to the school. Parents have not completed the volunteer process until the Code of Conduct has been received.
