Must have ALL of the following:

Demonstrated strong performance in one or more subject areas

Regular Classroom Teacher Recommendation

AIG Program Team Recommendation
-
Standardized Achievement Test score in reading and/or math of 95%-97%

Description:

Direct services provided by AIG Program Teacher to high ability students whose needs cannot be met in the regular classroom

Service level for Kindergarten through 3rd grade students:
Indicators:
Must have ALL of the following:

Demonstrated accelerated mastery of specific subject skills
-
95th percentile or above on standardized aptitude test
-
Standardized achievement score in reading and/or math of 98% or higher
Must have 2 of the following:
-
Demonstrated social and emotional maturity as shown on a formal checklist
-
Regular Classroom Teacher recommendation
-
AIG Program Team recommendation
