he SAT is a national standardized test used by many 4-year colleges and Universities to aid in determining college admission. Students should arrange to take the SAT beginning in the Junior year, typically after they are completing Algebra 2. Check with your college's admissions website to see what an average SAT score looks like for those getting admitted.
Cost of the SAT is $49 (Fee Waivers are available from Mrs. Atwell in the School Counseling Office for eligible students).
