J odi Allman is the Site Director at Coltrane-Webb, R. Brown McAllister and W.M. Irvin Kids:Plus.  Jodi joined the Kids:Plus team in 1997, starting out as a Group Leader.  Jodi has worked in childcare for 28 years.  Jodi received her Early Childhood Credentials from RCCC.  Jodi enjoys spending time playing with the children and introducing them to 4-H.  Jodi loves to see the pride in the children's faces when they have completed a project that they have been working on.  In her spare time, Jodi loves shopping and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Michelle Barnette is the Site Director of Cox Mill Kids:Plus.  Michelle joined the Kids:Plus team in 2004, as a Group Leader.  Michelle has 2 children, Chris and Kayla.  In Michelle's spare time she enjoys spending time with her children, going to the beach, cooking with her Kids:Plus children and couponing.

Rene' Bennick is the Site Director of Royal Oaks Kids:Plus.  Rene' joined the Kids:Plus team in 2005, as a Group Leader.  Rene' has 2 children, Kelsey and Kenzie.  Rene' enjoys spending time with her Kids:Plus children and helping them learn and grow.  In her spare time Rene' likes to read, watch The Finder and Bones, play with her dogs and spend time with her family.

Katania Black is the Site Director of Harrisburg Kids:Plus.  Katania joined the Kids:Plus team in 2004, as a Group Leader.  Katania has spent over 10 years working in childcare.  Katania has 3 children, all who attend Kids:Plus.  In her spare time she spends time with her family and enjoys watching her children's games. 

Jatanna Bryant is the Site Director of Boger Kids:Plus.  Jatanna joined the Kids:Plus team in 2006 as a group leader.  Jatanna has worked in childcare for 10 years.  She has one son, Braylin who spent his elementary years in Kids:Plus.  Jatanna received her Early Childhood Credentials from RCCC and is currently working on her degree in Child Psychology.  Jatanna loves making an impact on children and loves the impact that they make on her.  In her spare time Jatanna likes being outdoors, traveling and learning new things.

Teresa Caldwell is the Site Director of Beverly Hills Kids:Plus.  Teresa joined the Kids:Plus team in 1999, as a Group Leader.  Teresa has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. Teresa likes the saying "laughter is contagious" and knows that sometimes a good laugh will make everything better.Teresa's favorite quote is "children are our business and we have to shape and mold them into fine adults".  In her spare time, Teresa likes to travel and spend time with her family.

Pam Carpenter is the Site Director at Weddington Hills Kids:Plus.  Pam joined the Kids:Plus program in 2003, as a Group Leader.  Pam was born and raised in New York.  Pam has 2 children, Gary Jr. and Bryan.  Pam has 3 rescue dogs, Jellybean, Carmelle and Chloe. In her spare time, Pam enjoys gardening and Bon Jovi concerts. 

Sharon Hooker is the Site Director of A.T. Allen Kids:Plus.  Sharon joined the Kids:Plus program in 2003, as a Group Leader.  Sharon has been working in childcare for 19 years.  Sharon has her AAS in Early Childhood Education and is currently enrolled at Ashford University to obtain her BA is Early Childhood Education.  In her spare time, Sharon likes to spend time with her children, read, exercise and watch a good movie. 

Faith Jones is the Site Director of Pitts Kids:Plus.  Faith joined the Kids:Plus team in  2006, as an Assistant Site Director.  Faith was born and raised in California.  Faith has 2 children.  She believes that the quote "While we try to teach children all about life, children teach us what life is all about" sums up why she loves working  with children. 

Bonnie Long is the Site Director of Bethel and Patriots Kids:Plus.  Bonnie joined the Kids:Plus team in 1998,  starting out as a Group Leader.  Bonnie said that after her first day working with children, she knew this is what she was born to do.  Bonnie has 2 children, Cora and Abby.  Bonnie's favorite quote is "Those who are flexible are less likely to get bent out of shape" and that this quote makes sense if you are working with children.  In her spare time, Bonnie likes spending it with her children and family.

Velvet Mills is the Site Director at Winecoff Kids:Plus.  Velvet joined the Kids:Plus Program in 1995, as a Group Leader.  Velvet has 2 children, Ryan and Jennifer who both spent their elementary years at Kids:Plus.  Velvet loves children because she said "They touch my soul, they make me laugh and they brighten my day."  In her spare time, Velvet likes to spend time with her family.

Julie Nunn is the Site Director of Carl A. Furr Kids:Plus.  Julie joined the Kids:Plus team in 1999, as a Group Leader.  Julie has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.  In Julie's spare time she likes to read, go to concerts and attend sporting events at Western Carolina to watch Josh and the band.  Julie's favorite quote is "It's just another day in paradise and with children, everyday is paradise"

Renee Shelton is the Site Director of Mt. Pleasant Kids:Plus.  Renee joined the Kids:Plus team in 2000, starting out as a Group Leader.  Renee has four children, Ashley, Alex, Amber and Devin who have all attended Kids:Plus.  Renee's daughter Ashley is currently a Group Leader at Harrisburg Kids:Plus.  Renee likes watching the children experience new and exciting things.  In her spare time Renee likes to read, listen to music, search the internet for craft ideas and spend time with her family.

Krystal Smith is the Site Director of Rocky River Kids:Plus.  Krystal joined the Kids:Plus team in 2003, starting at out an Assistant Group Leader.  Krystal has two children, Ethan and Dylan.  Krystal said that she has always wanted to work with children and that she truly enjoys going to work each day.  Krystal loves to see children smile, which she said can always make her day better. In her spare time Krystal likes to spend time with family.

Sara Vaught is the Site Director of W.R. Odell Kids:Plus.  Sara joined the Kids:Plus team in  2004, as a Group Leader. Sara was born and raised in Georgia.  Sara received her Early Childhood Credential from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.In her spare time Sara likes to play softball and just spend time outdoors.

Tonda Wright is the Site Director of Wolf Meadow Kids:Plus.  Tonda joined the Kids:Plus team in 1994.   Tonda has received her Early Childhood Credentials and 2 years of Childcare Administration.  Tonda believes in having fun and being creative in a safe learning environment.  Tonda has two sons and one granddaughter.  In her spare time Tonda likes to crochet, watching sports  (NFL Football and NBA basketball) and spending time with her family.
