Requests for Yellow Bus

• Fill out the form and e-mail it or hand deliver it to Mr. LaChance.
• This must be filled out at least 1 week prior to the date of the trip
• The sooner you turn in the request the better chance you have of receiving a bus located at the school.
• Remember to list any special requests needed for the trip, (air conditioned, handicap bus, etc.)

Requests for SMALL WHITE BUS

•  The small white bus can be used for field trips also
•  It is used for trips consisting of less than 16 total people (including driver)
•  Mr. Calamari is the person to contact to reserve the white bus
•  It is done on a first come first serve basis
