To View an Agenda on this Calendar: Go to the meeting date in the calendar below. Once the Agenda has been posted, visitors have two options for viewing a meeting agenda:

Archived BOE Meeting Agendas: This BOE Meeting Calendar only offers Agendas for the current school year. Agendas for meetings held prior to the current school year are available by navigating to the "Archived Agendas"section.

The Cabarrus County Board of Education meets the first Monday of each month for a Work Sessions and the second Monday of each month for Business Meetings. Action items are typically scheduled for the Business Meeting. There are some exceptions to the Mondays schedule due to holidays, etc. Please check the exact date each month for the meeting dates as indicated below.
Important Information Regarding Requests to be Heard:
After receiving a request confirmation from the Superintendent's office, citizens may address the Board of Education during the Business Meeting for which they have been confirmed .
A request to be heard must be received by the Superintendent's Office No Later Than 12:00 pm the Friday prior to the scheduled Business Meeting.
Simply sending a request to be heard does not automatically place your name on the agenda. The Superintendent's Office must have replied to and confirmed your request.
If you have not received confirmation from the Superintendent's Office by 12:00 pm for the date you have requested to be heard, you may call the following number to inquire about your request: (704) 262-6238.
